What Implicitly Yours™ Teaches
Implicitly Yours™ is a practical implicit and explicit bias training that helps staff understand how unconscious associations, stereotypes, and learned assumptions shape workplace interactions and decision-making. Grounded in reflection and real-world relevance, the training introduces shared language for recognizing bias and preventing harm.
Participants explore how identity, social conditioning, and everyday messages influence the way people see themselves and others. The goal is not to assign shame, it is to build awareness so staff can better recognize bias, reduce unintentional harm, and respond with greater care and accountability.
The training also helps participants examine the relationship between bias, discrimination, and microaggressions, so they leave with a stronger understanding of how these patterns show up in the workplace and with the people they serve.
